§ 11-7. Appeals.

All questions and complaints relating to the administrations and enforcement of the chapter shall initially be made to the building development service director. Any person or corporation who dispute the decision of the electrical inspector may appeal the matter to the director of building development services by filing, written notice of appeal stating specifically the grounds of appeals within ten (10) days of the initial decision.

Appeal from the decision of the director of building services may be taken to the city electrical board by filing written notice of appeal with said office within ten (10) days after decision of the building development services director. The city electrical board decision may be appeal to the city manager who has the final decision on appeal.
