§ 11-25. Insurance.

An electrician holding a state electrical license registration or permit holder must continuously maintain on file with the building development services department in a form of a certificate addressed to the city with the City of Laredo listed as the certificate holder showing the above referenced persons carrying the following type and amounts of insurance: bodily liability insurance of at least three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000.00) for both general liability and completed operations insurance. This amount shall equal the same amount as the state, should the requirements be changes by the state.
