Ord. No. 99-248, § 1, adopted Aug. 23, 1999, repealed §§ 12-38—12-41, which pertained respectively to power to compel testimony; power of subpoena witnesses, records, administer oaths; effect of witness's failure to appear, be sworn, testify or produce records; and authority to make investigations confidential.
