§ 13-90. Ownership and responsibilities.

(a)

Community gardens and district gardens on city land must have an endorsement by a non-profit to provide assistance with: technical support in applications and permits, solicitation of grant funds, liability insurance, matters of water utility or relevant waivers, holding funds from grants and waivers, plot rental fees, and recruitment of volunteers.

(b)

A single responsible party shall be identified for any district garden, on city land or otherwise, whether that be a non-profit entity, a for-profit entity, a community organization, or an individual or group of individuals.
