§ 14-25. Penalty for maintaining such public nuisance.

(a)

A person commits an offense if that person maintains a public nuisance described in section 14-24.

(b)

An offense under this section is a misdemeanor punishable by a fine not to exceed two hundred dollars ($200.00).

(c)

The municipal court shall order abatement and removal of the nuisance on conviction.
