§ 14-31. Notice to state department of highways and public transportation.

Notice of the removal and disposal shall be given to the Texas Department of Transportation by the director of the department of community development or his designee within five (5) days after the removal of any junked vehicle. This notice shall identify the vehicle or vehicle part.
