§ 15-11. Fees for clinical health services provided in the adult health/primary health care services program.

(a)

There is hereby established the following schedule of fees for clinical health services provided in the adult health/primary health care services program/HIV/STD services of the health department. The schedule of fees is based on the current federal poverty income guidelines (see attachment 1, on file with the city), and said income guideline change may be adjusted as needed by the health department director (which latter does so to conform with changes in the federal income guidelines as they occur):

(b)

An additional service to be provided by the city health department's adult health/primary health care program will be nursing services to address the needs of the uninsured and those without access to health care. A cost of thirty dollars ($30.00) for the first visit and twenty dollars ($20.00) for any follow-up visits will be charged to those persons without healthcare access and/or without health insurance.

(c)

This section does not and is not intended to exempt, change or modify the terms of any governing federal or state regulations which apply to the provisions of the services by the maternal and child health program of the city health department.
