§ 15-12. Fees for tuberculosis (TB) prevention and detection services.

The city health department director is hereby authorized to charge ten dollars ($10.00) for TB testing using the PPD test for students. All others will be charged fifteen dollars ($15.00) for PPD testing. Other laboratory (serum testing) will be charged at cost to CLHD plus a twenty-eight dollar ($28.00) administrative fee. For x-ray services, the fee will be twenty-five dollars ($25.00) for students and fifty dollars ($50.00) for all others. The charge for TB health clearance will be twenty dollars ($20.00). Copies of previous TB test records will be provided at a fee of two dollars ($2.00) per record.

This section does not and is not intended to exempt, change or modify the terms of any governing federal or state regulations and/or through contractual agreement which apply to TB prevention, control and containment.
