§ 15-24. Conflict with other provisions.

This article shall be and is hereby declared to be cumulative of all provisions of this Code and amendments thereto, controlling and regulating air pollution, except in those instances where the provisions of this article are in direct conflict with such provisions of this Code, in which instances such conflicting provisions are hereby repealed.
