§ 15-66. Penalty for violation.

A tire business or mobile tire repair road service that violates or fail to comply with any provision of this article shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, subject to a criminal penalty up to two thousand dollars ($2,000.00) for each violation per day, as determined by the municipal court.
