§ 15-89. Duties and powers.

The City of Laredo Health Department is herewith declared the designated representative for the enforcement of these Rules within its jurisdictional area. The OSSF Designated Representative (DR) (30 TAC § 285.2(17)) of the City of Laredo, Texas, must be certified by the TCEQ before assuming the duties and responsibilities.
