§ 16-17. Same—Amendments.

The 1985 Standard Housing Code adopted by section 16-16 of this article is hereby amended as follows:

Section 105, Hardships, is deleted.

Section 106, Housing Board of Adjustments and Appeals, is deleted.

Section 107, Appeals, is deleted.

Section 108, Violations and Penalties, is deleted.

Wherever the phrase "housing board of adjustments and appeals" is used in the 1985 Standard Housing Code, the term "building standards board" created under section 16-73 of this chapter is substituted therefor.
