§ 18-2.9. Replacement license.

A replacement license may be issued for one (1) lost, destroyed, or mutilated, upon application on a form provided by the city. A replacement license shall have the word "REPLACEMENT" stamped across its face and shall bear the same number as the one (1) it replaces.
