§ 18-8. Planning director to issue permit.

The planning director or his/her designee, shall issue to any applicant applying therefor, who has complied with all the requirements of sections 18-4 and 18-5, a permit authorizing the private premises vendor to operate at the location specified in his application. Such permit is not transferable and shall only be applicable to the person or entity applying and receiving such permit.
