§ 18-16. Issuance of permits.

The building development services director or his/her designee shall issue to any applicant therefore, who has complied with all the requirements of sections 18-14 and 18-15, a permit authorizing the garage or yard sale to operate at the location specified in his/her application. Such permit is not transferable and shall only be applicable to the person or entity applying and receiving such permit.
