§ 18-19. Penalty.

Any person who shall knowingly violate any provision of article III of chapter 18 shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall upon conviction be punished by a fine of not less than two hundred dollars ($200.00) and not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00).
