§ 18A-27. Fees.

The annual fee, original or renewal, for a sexually oriented business license is nine hundred fifty dollars ($950.00). The application processing fee of one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) on an original application as specified in subsection 4(c), supra, shall be credited against the original annual fee.
