§ 18A-46. Additional regulations for escort agencies.

(a)

An escort agency commits an offense if it employs any person under the age of eighteen (18) years.

(b)

A person commits an offense if he or she acts as an escort, or agrees to act as an escort, for any person under the age of eighteen (18) years.
