§ 18A-49. Additional regulations for sexual encounter centers.

(a)

Sexual encounter centers shall not contain a bed, sofa, or mattress in any room on the premises, except that a sofa may be placed in a reception room open to the public.

(b)

Sexual encounter centers shall have a manager's station which affords an unobstructed view of every area of the premises to which any patron is permitted access for any purpose, excluding rest rooms.
