§ 18A-54. Pre-existing uses.

Sexually oriented businesses lawfully in existence on the date this ordinance becomes effective have thirty (30) days from the effective date to comply with sections 18A-49(b), 18A-50, and 18A-51 of this article and one (1) year from the effective date to comply with all other sections of this chapter.
