All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with the provisions of this chapter
are hereby repealed. This chapter, created by Ordinance No. 2002-O-212, specifically
repeals Ordinances Nos. 95-0-227 and 96-0-095, except that the term "lawfully" as
used in subsection 18A-45(f) and section 18A-54 above, means existing uses which were operating in compliance with the provisions
of Ordinance 95-0-227, as amended by Ordinance 96-0-095, on the date this ordinance
becomes effective.
