§ 19-149. Existing devices affirmed and ratified.

Latest version.

All traffic-control signs, signals, devices and markings heretofore placed or erected by the chief of police or other officials or employees of the city and now in use for the purpose of regulating, warning or guiding traffic are hereby affirmed, ratified and confirmed to be official traffic-control devices; provided, however, such traffic-control devices are not inconsistent with the provisions of state law or this chapter and U. S. Department of Standards.
