§ 19-202. Reckless driving.

  • (a)

    Any person who drives any vehicle in willful or wanton disregard for the safety of persons or property is guilty of reckless driving.

    (b)

    Every person convicted of reckless driving shall be punished upon such conviction by a fine of not more than two hundred dollars ($200.00), or by imprisonment in the county jail for a period of not more than thirty (30) days, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
