§ 19-267. Definitions.

For the purpose of this division only, the following words and phrases shall have the meanings respectively ascribed to them by this section:
(1)

Heavy equipment/construction-type vehicles includes farm equipment; road construction equipment, including backhoes and front end loaders; industrial equipment; warehouse machinery; ditch-digging apparatus; road construction and maintenance machinery, including an asphalt spreader, bituminous mixer, bucket loader, leveling grader, finishing machine, motor grader, road roller, scarifier, or self-propelled crane and earthmoving equipment.

(2)

Operation/operate. The act of driving a heavy equipment/construction-type vehicle on a public street.

(3)

Public streets refers to those street within the incorporated limits of the city and excludes state-controlled roadways.
