§ 19-401. Administration and enforcement.

Responsibility for administrative and enforcement of this article shall be a function of the city manager, his/her authorized representatives, or law enforcement officers. The city manager may by written order establish regulations not inconsistent with this article. Such regulations shall be filed with the city secretary and copies furnished to each licensee.
