§ 19-615. Posting of residential permit parking area.

(a)

Permit stickers in a number representing at least fifty (50) percent of the addresses in a given block or fifteen (15) stickers, whichever is less, must be purchased in each block before signs will be installed designating residential parking in any area and indicated prominently thereon the time limitation, period of the day for its application and conditions under which permit parking shall be exempt therefrom.

(b)

If the minimum number of permits are not purchased within ninety (90) days after city council action establishing a residential permit area, money will be refunded and the designation of the area will be deemed void.
