The initial purchase, renewal or replacement of a residential parking permit for a
vehicle owned, leased, or under the continuing custody of a resident and registered
at a qualifying residence or business address in addition to vehicles owned, leased,
or under the continuing custody of an owner or employee of a qualifying neighborhood
serving center shall be assessed the corresponding fees set forth in section 19-623, Fee schedule. Fees will be reviewed on an annual basis and established by the traffic
safety director and may be changed through ordinance amendment by city council.
