§ 19-655. Speed cushion removal and alteration.

The process for speed cushion removal or alteration by residents is the same as the process for installation, except that there is no city participation in cost sharing. In case the city determines that unforeseen problems exist due to the speed cushions, it may be redesigned or removed by the city. In such case, the city will bear the cost of the speed cushion removal.
