§ 20-104. School crossing guard program court cost.

(a)

Court cost created. There is hereby created a court cost, in accordance with Subchapter A, Chapter 102 of the Texas Code of Criminal Procedure, Article 102.014(b).

(b)

Fee assessed. A one dollar ($1.00) court cost shall be assessed on each violation of an ordinance, regulation, or order regulating parking, stopping, or standing as allowed by V.T.C.A., Texas Transportation Code, Section 542.202, or V.T.C.A., Texas Transportation Code, Chapter 682.
