§ 23-5. Pavilion rental fees.

(a)

The rental rate for the parks and leisure services pavilions and outdoor spaces as determined by the department is established at the following: Fifty dollars ($50.00) per hour, with a maximum charge of one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) for a five-hour rental including a fifty-dollar nonrefundable reservation fee.

(b)

The rental rate for the Inner City Park outdoor picnic area is set as follows: Fifty dollars ($50.00) per hour during normal operating hours, Monday—Friday; fifty dollars ($50.00) per hour Saturday and Sunday with a minimum five-hour rental.
