§ 25-23. Condemnation power.

The plumbing inspector and the public health officer shall have power to condemn any work hereinafter or heretofore installed when in their opinion such work is unsanitary and dangerous to the health of the community in which any of such work may exist. The person installing such work has the right to appeal to the supervisory board of plumbers if he believes such condemnation unjust.
