§ 25-35. Bond—Required.

Each master plumber who has been granted a license by the state board of plumbing examiners to engage in the business of contracting plumbing shall, before any plumbing permits are granted, furnish a surety bond in the sum of one thousand dollars ($1,000.00), payable to the city, with such sureties to be approved by the mayor and in a form approved by the city attorney.
