§ 25-46. Duties of plumbing advisory board to be carried out by building standards board.

(a)

The duties of the plumbing advisory board shall be carried out by the building standards board created pursuant to section 16-73 of the Code of Ordinances.

(b)

It shall be the duty of the building standards board sitting as the plumbing advisory board to recommend to the city council changes, amendments or deletions for the improvement of the plumbing code of the city. It shall be the duty of the board to hear any written complaints made by any plumber, citizen or authority which may have a bearing upon the efficient enforcement of the plumbing ordinances of the city; and the board shall make such report it deems proper to the city council from time to time.
