§ 26-60. Delivery of property list and property to property officer.

The chief of police shall give to the person designated by the mayor as the "property officer" a list of all property subject to sale under this article and shall thereafter deliver such property to the property officer before the date of sale taking a receipt therefor showing in detail all property so delivered.
