§ 28-251. Installation and inspections.

(a)

Network provider shall, at its own cost and expense, install the micro network node, network node facilities, node support poles and related ground equipment in a good and workmanlike manner in strict accordance with the city's rights-of-way management ordinance, and other applicable ordinances, except to the extent not consistent with chapter 284.

(b)

The city manager, or designee, may perform inspections of any micro network node, network node, node support pole or related ground equipment located in the right-of-way shall be allowed in strict accordance with the city's rights-of-way management ordinance, and other applicable ordinances, except to the extent not consistent with chapter 284.
