§ 28-184. Traffic control safety.

In the event of noncompliance with the TMUTCD, the ROW user shall be notified in writing of the violation, and all work must stop immediately until ROW user comes into compliance. In the event of continued noncompliance, the director may revoke the permit, in addition to any other remedies available to the city.
