§ 28-100. Selling goods, services, soliciting business upon public streets, public sidewalks and public places and occupying same for commercial purposes prohibited.

  • (a)

    It shall be unlawful for any person to store, expose for sale or to sell, peddle, or offer to sell any tangible property or service upon any of the public sidewalks, public streets or other public places of the city or any portions thereof unless authorized by ordinance.

    (b)

    It shall be unlawful for any person to stop, stand or park upon or occupy any portion of any public sidewalk, public street or other public places with any motor vehicle, cart, display, or other equipment or structure to conduct or carry on any private business, commercial enterprise, or occupation upon such public property unless authorized by ordinance.
