§ 28-110. Penalty for violation.

Any person who violates a provision of this article or any person who is the holder of a street vendor permit who does not comply with the requirements of this article, shall upon conviction by the municipal court of the city be subject to a fine no[t] less than five hundred dollars ($500.00) or not to exceed two thousand dollars ($2,000.00) for each offense, and each day of violation of said ordinance shall constitute a separate offense.
