§ 28-136. General requirements.

No facility or improvement shall be placed in the median of any public street where such median is less than six (6) feet in width and eighteen (18) feet in length. The setback for the facility or improvement will be determined by the city engineer and director of planning and in no event shall the facility or improvement impair the site distance triangle required at the intersection where the proposed facility or improvement is to be erected.
