§ 28-143. Issuance of certificate of registration.

Within seven (7) working days of receipt of the registration statement, the department shall either issue a certificate of registration, as provided in section 28-144, or notify the person registering that the registration statement does not comply with the requirements of section 28-141, and specifically point out what information or explanation has not been furnished that is required before a certificate of registration can be issued.
