Article VII. NONCOMMERCIAL STREET SOLICITATION CAMPAIGNS |
§ 28-146. Financial statements required.
No later than one hundred and twenty (120) days after the last day of the particular noncommercial street solicitation campaign, each person registering shall file a closing statement with the department. Except as provided to the contrary in this section, the closing statement shall be a financial statement that is either:
(1)
On a form provided by the department for this purpose and sworn to by the individual who would be the appropriate individual to sign a registration statement on behalf of the person registering; or
(2)
Audited by a certified public accountant.
