§ 2-250. Policy.

It is the policy of the City of Laredo ("city") to invest all available funds to the maximum extent possible at the risk appropriate rates obtainable at the time of investment with the maximum security while meeting the cash flow demands of the city and conforming with federal, state, and local laws governing the investment of public funds, including but not limited to, V.T.C.A., Government Code, Chapter 2256, The Public Funds Investment Act ("Act").
