Any person who violates a provision of this article or any person who does not comply
with the requirements of this article and/or division 4, private sewage disposal,
or any applicable ordinance shall upon conviction by the municipal court of the City
of Laredo be subject to a minimum fine of five hundred dollars ($500.00) or a fine
not to exceed two thousand dollars ($2,000.00) for each offense, and each day of violation
of said article shall constitute a separate offense.
This article, in addition to the above mentioned penalties, adopts and incorporates
all applicable penalty provisions related to on-site sewage facilities, which include,
but are not limited to, those found in Chapters 341 and 366 of the Texas Health and
Safety Code, Chapter 26 of the Texas Water Code and 30 TAC Chapter 285.
