§ 31-141.41. Citizen participation.

All citizens are encouraged to participate in water conservation and to report any violation of this division to the City of Laredo Utilities Department—Main Office at (956) 721-2000, the Water Conservation Program at (956) 721-2020, or the 311 Call Center at 3-1-1.
