A city taxicab driver's license shall remain in effect for twelve (12) months after
the date of issuance unless earlier suspended or revoked. The license may be renewed
upon application, accompanied by a renewal charge of thirty-five dollars ($35.00)
for processing of the application, and the fulfillment of all requirements set forth
in section 32-35, unless the original license was revoked for good cause or expired for failure to
renew prior to expiration in accordance to section 32-35.
