§ 32-38. Expiration and voidance.

A taxicab driver's license expires on the date the licensee's state chauffeur's license expires, is suspended or revoked by the state. A licensee shall notify the city manager and the holder for whom he drives within three (3) days of a suspension or revocation of his chauffeur's license by the state and shall immediately surrender his taxicab driver's license to the city manager.
