§ 32-97. Disposition of unclaimed vehicles.

Latest version.

All unclaimed vehicles shall be disposed of in accordance with state law, namely the Texas Abandoned Motor Vehicle Act (V.T.C.A., Transportation Code §§ 683.001—683.070), as amended, and in accordance with the current rules governing vehicle storage facilities as promulgated by the state department of transportation.
