§ 32-261. Regulations for business establishments requesting commercial vans.

An employee of a business establishment, other than a commercial vehicles for hire service, who acts as an agent in obtaining commercial vehicles for hire service for prospective commercial van passengers shall not Solicit nor accept payment from a driver or permit holder in return for giving preferential treatment in directing passengers to a driver's commercial van.
