§ 5.5-7. Driver qualifications.

It shall be unlawful for any person to operate or drive or cause to be operated or driven upon the public streets, alleys and ways of the city an ambulance while furnishing ambulance service unless the ambulance is being driven by the holder of an ambulance driver permit or attendant permit and the driver is accompanied by the holder of an ambulance attendant permit.
