§ 6-14. Harmony with other ordinances.

Latest version.

The provisions of this chapter shall be harmonized with the provisions of other ordinances of the city whenever possible. However, in cases of irreconcilable conflict between this chapter and other ordinances of the city, this chapter shall be deemed and construed as to supercede and prevail over any conflicting provisions of other ordinances of the city.
